“WOW. These guys are GREAT. We hired O’Neill Electric to fix some weird jerry-rigging our home’s previous owner had done with the switches in the garage for our outside lights-which also happened to stop working. Right off the bat, while scheduling my appointment, they impressed me. Their first available appt was a week out, but I needed someone within the next 2 days because we had another contractor coming to do some work - and the lights needed to be done first. So they did whatever they needed to do on their end and squeezed me in two days later. Nick and Ryan arrived on-time (early actually!), listened to the issues we had and the work we wanted done. They then set out to investigate…and unfortunately they found so much wrong…water in places there shouldn’t be water, underground spliced wires that came unwrapped and started leaching electricity into the ground….and just crazy wiring. They kept us informed every step of the way and not only patiently and thoroughly explained the issue but showed us what what they were finding. In the end, it took two men 8 hours to fix everything, and they had to cancel their other appointments for the day. (which I felt bad about since they already squeezed us in). I feel so much safer and confident that the work was done correctly. I will not hesitate to call O’Neill Electric for any future electrical work. They were professional, knowledgeable, through, and excellent communicators.”
